Refunds are not available for completed projects where the final approval has been given by the client.
Products:
Physical products purchased through our website are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
Customized products or services that have been tailored specifically to the client’s requirements.
Any services that have commenced with the client’s consent before the 14-day cooling-off period ends.
Non-tangible services such as consultations, training sessions, or digital downloads.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, first check your bank account again.
